What do I need to wear?

Spinning is a high intensity and sweat inducing activity for most all participants, so we recommend gym clothing that is somewhat fitted and moisture wicking.  

What type of footwear?

You can wear either specific spin and cycling shoes that have clips on the bottom for better pedal grip or regular tennis shoes are also fine!  

Do i need to bring water?

We will provide you with filtered water and also towels for wiping away all that hard earned sweat!  

Is this a beginners type of activity?

Absolutely!  We welcome all fitness types and will work with members to find a class that suits their schedule and fitness level without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed.
