Spinning is a high intensity and sweat inducing activity for most all participants, so we recommend gym clothing that is somewhat fitted and moisture wicking.
You can wear either specific spin and cycling shoes that have clips on the bottom for better pedal grip or regular tennis shoes are also fine!
We will provide you with filtered water and also towels for wiping away all that hard earned sweat!
